however, if you do need to make a return or exchange, 

you're welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt.  

 - Please contact us before any return or exchange. 

 - Please note, if 14 days have expired then unfortunately we are unable to accept your return and 

it will be sent back to you.  

 - Items can only be refunded or exchanged if returned in their original condition 

with the tags still attached and the product is unworn/misused. 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. 

 - Please note that additional charges may be incurred if the free gifts included 

in the package are not returned along with the other items.  

 - All returns or exchanges must be sent via a tracked service and paid for by the customer as 

we do not provide free returns. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.  

 - Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of postage until you have received your refund/exchange.  

 - In the event that the item is faulty or we have made a genuine mistake we will cover your costs for returning the item.
